I always add a Tbsp of moringa leaf powder, one of my new favourite superfoods. This superfood contains over 90 nutrients and 46 antioxidants, 36 anti-inflammatory compounds and 18 amino acids. You know I am a big fan of smoothie’s bowls, there is something so delicious about spooning out your thick creamy smoothie from a bowl with your favourite toppings to add extra nutrients. They are totally comforting, substantial, satisfying way to power on into your day and will stop any mid-morning hunger pains. A complete meal in a bowl!

Smoothie Ingredients:
1 1/2 frozen bananas
1/2 cup chopped fresh or frozen mango
2 large handfuls of spinach leaves
1 handful of kale leaves (de-stemmed)
1/3 cup chopped fresh pineapple
5 mint leaves
1/3 cup chopped cucumber
1/3 cup coconut water
Juice of 1 lime
1 Tbsp moringa powder
Toppings:
Reveal Yourself Berry Berry Cacao Granola or a granola of your choice
Chopped fresh mango and pineapple
Fresh berries
1/2 a passionfruit
Coconut flakes
Add all smoothie ingredients into a high speed blender and process and until smooth and thick.
Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with your toppings.
