
Ingredients
2 cups oat flour (make your own flour by placing rolled oats into a food processor)
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp cacao powder
1 mashed banana
1/4 cup melted organic coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 free range organic egg
1/2 cup organic dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
Pinch of salt
Directions
Make your own oat flour by placing about 4 cups of rolled oats into your food processor. Process until forms a flour like consistency (I prefer mine not too smooth)
Add all the ingredients into, leave the frozen raspberries until the end a bowl and mix all together
Place spoonful mixture onto a lined baking tray. Press down with folk
Bake 160 ° for about 15 minutes
You can dip your biscuits in melted dark chocolate and top with some dried freeze raspberries (optional)
