They nut free bliss balls are perfect for anyone who is allergic to nuts and looking for a nut free bliss ball. They are great for school lunch boxes (as most schools are nut free), packed full of protein and nutrients for growing, healthy children.
Nut Free bliss balls:
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup coconut flakes
1 Tbps raw cacao powder
1/2 banana
1/2 cup pitted dates
2 Tbsp coconut oil
1 scoop of nuzest Kids Good Stuff
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup (optional)
Directions:
Place dates in a bowl with boil water and soak for 10 minutes to soften
Place oats, coconut flakes and sunflower seeds into vitamix or food processor and process until form a fairly fine consistency (if nice more chunky process less)
Add in all remaining ingredients and process until all well combined.
Roll into balls
Store in an airtight container for up to one week
