Chocolate peanut butter chickpeas brownie
Ingredients:
2 cans of organic chickpeas (rinse)
1 cup walnut flour (could use rolled oats)
4 Tbsp Pure Coco Ltd coconut oil
1 banana
1/2 cup Natvia New Zealand natural sweetener or coconut sugar
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Himalayan pink salt
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 bar chopped organic dark chocolate
1 Tbsp organic peanut butter
And another 1-2 Tbsp peanut butter for the top
Directions:
Add everything to a food processor except chocolate and blend until smooth. Remove made and mix through chopped chocolate
Pour into a greased baking tin- I use a cake tin.
Add dollops of peanut butter and spread around
Bake 190 degrees for 35 min or until golden brown on the top
