    Chocolate Berry Xmas Bliss Balls

    • 1 1/4 cup walnuts
    • 1 cup almonds
    • 1 cup pitted dates
    • 1 cup coconut flakes
    • 1 cup freeze dried raspberries
    • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
    • 1 Tbsp freeze dried raspberry powder
    • 2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
    • 1-2 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
    • 100g dark chocolate (for the chocolate coating)
    1. Place all ingredients into a food processor except the the freeze dried raspberries and chocolate chips and process until the mixture starts to come together (if too dry add 1 Tbsp of coconut oil).
    2. Add in the chocolate chips and freeze dried raspberries and pulse a few times to combine.
    3. Take a handful of the mixture and roll into balls.
    4. Place the bliss balls in the fridge to set while you melt the chocolate.
    5. To make the chocolate, place a heat-proof bowl over a pot of boiling water (or use a double boiler). Place the chocolate into the bowl and melt slowly.
