
Ingredients
1/2-1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup toasted buckwheat groats
1 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts)
3 Tbsp pumpkin seeds
3 Tbsp sunflower seeds2 Tbsp shredded coconut
2 Tbsp flaxseed
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp freeze dried strawberries
2 Tbsp freeze dried raspberries
1/4 coconut oil
2 Tbsp honey
Directions
In a bowl add all your grains and nuts (except dried freeze berries)
In a pot melt on a low heat coconut oil, honey and cinnamon
Add the melted mixture to your dry ingredients and mix well
Place on a lined baking tray and place in a over 180 degrees for 10 minutes
Once cooled add into a bowl and add dried freeze berries
