
Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup dried cranberries
2 tsp Fresh As freeze dried raspberry powder
1 tsp maqui powder
1/8 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup freeze dried raspberries
1/3 cup freeze dried strawberries
1/4 cup Pure Coco Ltd melted coconut oil
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
2 Tbsp organic natural honey
pinch of pink salt
Directions
In a pot add coconut oil, honey, and maple syrup. On a low heat melt the ingredients slowly
In a bowl add all the remaining ingredients
Pour the melted ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well (ensure everything is well covered with the liquid mixture)
Line a baking dish and pour in the mixture. Press down with your hands to ensure mixture is compact
In a pre heat oven 180° bake for 10min
Allow to cool then place in fridge to set for at least 4 hours or over night. Can place in freezer if wish to set quicker
Slice with knife. Keep stored in fridge
