
Day 1
BERRY GREEN SMOOTHIE
– 2 handfuls of spinach (can do a mix of spinach and kale or greens of your choice)
– 1 cup frozen berries, I used frozen blueberries and Viberi organic black currents. But you could use a mixture of frozen berries you like and have in the freezer
– 1 frozen banana
– 1 Tbsp chia seeds (I use Lifefoods)
– 1 Tbsp Pure Coco Ltd melted coconut oil (I melt in hot water)
– 1 tsp of camu camu powder, 1 tsp maqui powder, 1 tsp baobab powder (These are my favourite berry superfoods, if you don’t have them all use one or one you have in your pantry)
– 1 cup coconut water and top with 1/2 cup water
– 1 tsp NuZest Good Green Stuff (if you do not have this use a green powder of your liking- spirulina, daily greens or leave out)
– Scoop of protein powder (optional)- NuZest Clean Lean Protein Powder
Day 2
VITAMIN C BOOST (perfect for this time of the year)
– 2 kiwi fruit peeled
– 2 oranges peeled and sliced
– juice of one lemon
– 1/3 cucumber
– 1 tsp camu camu powder (super high in Vit C)
– Handful of spinach (optional)
– 1/2 cup coconut water
– 1/2 cup filtered water
– ice
Day 3
MOCHA CHOC
1 frozen banana
1 Tbsp Lifefoods cacao powder
1 tsp of ground coffee (I made a shot of espresso)
1/2 cup almond milk
1 scoop of NuZest New Zealand (Vital Health Company) chocolate or vanilla protein powder (I used vanilla this morning)
1 cup filtered water
1 pitted date
1 Tbsp melted Pure Coco Ltd coconut oil (I melted mine in my espresso shot)
2 tsp cacao nibs (or sweet cacao nibs)-optional (will be crunchy)

Day 4
ANTIOXIDANT BERRY DELIGHT
1 1/2 cups of mixed frozen berries (I had raspberries, blueberries, Organic blackcurrents)
1/2 banana
1 tsp camu camu powder
1 tsp baobab powder or maqui
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp bee pollen
Add fresh strawberries if have them
1 scoop Nuzest Strawberry protein powder
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 filtered water
Day 5
GREEN GOODNESS SMOOTHIE:
2-3 handful of greens (I had spinach but you can mix it up)
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp baobab powder
I scoop of Nuzest good green stuff (could use any other green powder of your choice)
Juice of half a lemon
1/2 green apple
1/3 cucumber
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup water
1/2 small banana (optional)-I did as I like a bit of sweetness!
Day 6
DETOX POWER SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
1/2 cup spinach leaves
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup filtered water
1/2 Tbsp melted coconut oil
1/3 avocado
1 cup mixed frozen blueberries and strawberries
1 celery stalk chopped
1small beetroot, peeled and chopped
Juice of 1 1 /2 lemons
1/2 apple peeled and chopped
1 tsp baobab powder (optional)
1 scoop strawberry or vanilla protein powder (optional)
Day 7
PINEAPPLE LOVE
2 Big slices of fresh pineapple
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 banana
1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup water
