Breakfast Protein Chia Pots
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup almond milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup rolled oats
2 Tbsp LSC (grounded lindseed, sunflower seeds and chia seeds) or LSA (lindseed, sunflower seeds and almonds)
1/3 cup frozen berries
Add your milks, cinnamon, banana, vanilla extract and protein powder into blender e process until smooth.
Add in chia seeds and process until fully combined.
In a jar add some rolled oat, LSC, and frozen berries then top with protein chia mixture.
Leave or mix everything together.
Place the lid on and set for up to 4 hours or best over night.
